Purchasing Items / How To Buy
If your tool is under warranty please contact your place of purchase to arrange a collection, they will then contact us to arrange the return of your product.
If your product was purchased over 12 months ago you can send the product back to us directly. To obtain your returns authorisation reference please email firstname.lastname@example.org or click here: https://www.drapertools.com/product-support We require proof of purchase, details of what is wrong with your product and your full contact details.
Once we have received the item and our workshop team have inspected it, we will repair or replace it if found faulty due to workmanship or material. If the item is deemed as being misused, or no proof of purchase has been provided the workshop team will quote for repair.
Please note we are unable to refund or credit your product as your contract of sale lies with your place of purchase.

Using the stock number to search, you can find digital copies of any associated manuals for that product. These manuals can be viewed online or downloaded to your computer.
When searching for a spare part, you can identify the parts stock number using the lists provided above, this stock number can be used to order the part or view the part on our website. To order the part quote the stock number to your local stockist or use the stock number to find an online stockist.
