Exhaust pipe cutter pliers designed to cut single-wall pipes up to 83mm diameter. There are 15 steel cutting discs, and it takes just a 90 degree turn to make a complete cut, making this an ideal tool for working in confined spaces. Cutting oil is needed for effective use. Not to be used on stainless steel exhaust pipes.
