Draper Scoops Double Win at the 2026 DIY Week Awards

We are delighted to announce that Draper Tools has won not one, but two awards at this year's prestigious DIY Week Awards ceremony, held on 22nd May 2026.
Having been shortlisted in two categories, we came away with both — a result that reflects the hard work and ambition driving everything we do at Draper.
Sustainability Initiative of the Year went to our North Baddesley warehouse project, where the installation of over 900 solar panels alongside 700 skylights, delivered in partnership with Absolar, now generates more than half a million kWh of clean energy each year. The project has significantly reduced our carbon footprint and supports a faster, greener supply chain for our retail partners.
Security Product of the Year was awarded to our Bunker Van Storage range which is designed specifically to combat the tool theft epidemic that costs UK tradespeople an estimated £300 million annually. Featuring dedicated Bluetooth tracker holders and earning the prestigious Secured by Design Silver rating, Bunker was built to give tradespeople and tool owners everywhere, the peace of mind they deserve.
The awards were presented at a special ceremony to Matt Sheen, CEO at Draper Tools, who commented: "We're truly honoured to stand alongside some of the biggest and most respected names in our industry. Our warehouse and solar array are already making a tangible difference to our energy profile, and seeing the Bunker Van Storage range recognised is very special as this range was developed specifically to help tackle the devastating impact of tool theft."
