You're Not Alone: Helpful Resources for Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental Health Awareness Week kicks off today, organised by the Mental Health Foundation, the theme this year is ‘action’. You can read all about this and why it matters so much on the Mental Health Awareness Week website.
Whilst awareness is vital, real change comes when we take action too and it certainly seems more important than ever right now for us all to take steps look after our mental health. Whether it’s getting outside in nature or simply looking out for your community, friends and family – actions of any size can make a difference.
For anyone who feels they might be struggling we have rounded up some useful mental health resources and organisations who can help with the difficult times.
Help for the construction industry
If you’re in the construction industry, take a look at two organisations that can help:

For anyone in the automotive industry, we highly recommend reaching out to our charity partner ben, the automotive charity if you need help. Whether you’re a mechanic or you work in car sales, whatever you’re struggling with, ben can help.
Home improvement sector support

Retail Industry
